Proof of more than fifteen (15) years of experience in piloting satisfaction surveys, evaluating customer protection mechanisms, setting up complaints management mechanisms, social audits and quality audits (ISO standards 9001). He also has professional management experience. His career was an opportunity for him to put the client at the center of the strategy of financial institutions, in particular through the support provided to several of them across Sub-Saharan Africa where he led study missions, advice and training in the microfinance and banking sector. Its main ambition remains to revolutionize the quality of service in the financial sector in Africa.

Expert-Trainer, Mr. DJONDO participated in the development of initial training modules for the Diploma Program for Credit Agents in West Africa and then in Central Africa with the Paris Banking Profession Training Center (CFPB). Between 2007 and 2014 he led training sessions in Project Management for the Bioforce Institute in several African countries. From 2011, he worked particularly as a consultant in his key areas of expertise, which are social performance management in microfinance, client protection in finance, inclusive and responsible finance, social and environmental risk management, quality management. It is from the capitalization of its experience that the Satis project was born in 2015, with solutions combining process optimization and adaptation of web & mobile digital solutions in order to allow each financial institution to take advantage of complaints and claims from customers. consumers by positioning the complaints handling mechanism as a lever for productivity and profitability.
