SatisMobile is a universal mobile application that can be downloaded free of charge which allows consumers of financial services to express their complaints, denunciations, suggestions or testimonies directly from their smartphone, or from tablets, terminals and docking stations installed in the branches of institutions. It replaces traditional suggestion boxes by offering better options and eliminating the constraints of time and distance.
